I hardly knew him, but that is one of two things that I do remember of him (his art and his pipe, LOL). My mom also was/is an artist and doing art with her is one of my childhood highlights. As for the first person I met who sold art for a living, well, guess that would be me! LOL Thanks for bringing up this subject. It is fun to think about the children who are being influenced by us, too, and encouraged and supported in their creativity.
