Rebecca & Melissa Langer
Last week I flew out to Boulder to watch the election returns with Dan. He spent a couple of extra days there helping to get the vote out. Before we headed back we stopped for a fun visit with Melissa Langer of Pugnotes.com. Melissa is a talented dog artist and cyber pal. In person she is upbeat, and full of energy. I introduced you guys to Melissa back in September when I had time to do my weekly artist interviews. Thanks to Melissa for taking time out of her busy schedule to visit!
This week it is back to work. Today I am expecting a large box order, I plan to proof 3 clients, need to work on getting some biz forms printed and then there are a handful of recent new orders that need to be placed on the board. This Saturday the 15th is my official cut off date for a guarantee delivery by Christmas. Things should calm down after that as I focus on finishing up all existing orders.

getting to meet you and dan in person was so much fun! i felt like i had already met you with our years of writing to each other. you are always so warm and generous that i had to remind myself that we have never actually met yet. it was the highlight of my week!

Melissa your visit was a highlight for me too. You are such a balanced gal. I wished I could bottle that energy and take it back to Texas with me. Talking about biz and life I could tell that you have a knack for keeping your priorities straight and not letting your biz run you.

This is SO COOL!!!! We need to have a pet portrait artist convention and all meet each other in person!!! :)
